Pre-Audits

The Pre-Audit service is aimed at companies that have their own FORS related policies and procedures but require advice and guidance on additional elements that may be absent from their FORS policies, procedures and evidence. L K Consultants will provide a FORS Standard proficient auditor who will conduct a FORS equivalent audit providing practical advice and guidance during the audit and provide a written report and action plan highlighting any missing elements and areas of improvement.
